摘要 针对结构疲劳可靠性分析中许多不确定参量缺乏精确概率数据的情况,基于非概率可靠性理论提出了一个新的疲劳可靠性模型。将影响结构疲劳强度的不确定因素如初始裂纹尺寸、临界裂纹尺寸、结构使用时间用区间变量表示,用区间分析方法建立了安全余量-使用时间干涉模型。利用该模型建立了求结构疲劳可靠性的新方法,该方法可以方便快捷的对结构进行疲劳可靠性分析,而且对不确定性因素的分布信息要求较低。数值算例说明了该方法的可行性。 A new non-probabilistic model of structural fatigue reliability was proposed based on interval analysis theory to deal with the lack of exact probabilistic data of uncertain parameters in structural reliability analysis. The uncertain parameters of structures,such as initial crack size,crack tolerance and structural longevity were indicated by interval variables. An interfering model combining residual strength with service time was established using interval analysis method. Based on this model,a new calculation method of structural fatigue reliability was proposed,which can be used not only to analyze structural fatigue reliability conveniently but also requires less distribution information of uncertainties. Numerical example was presented to verify the validity of this proposed method.
