摘要
从数控加工精度及其影响因素的理论分析以提高加工效率的角度出发,针对数控铣削加工的特点,结合正交试验方案,设计在加工中心上进行对45号钢的铣削加工,通过对加工后零件的几何精度和表面质量的检测,运用数理统计的概念,进行基于MATLAB和EXCEL等软件的数据统计分析,得到不同参数下铣削加工精度的整体分布规律,得出最佳加工条件组合方案。
In this project the orthogonal experiment that mill 45 steel on the machining center for the NC milling feature is designed from the position of making machining efficiency higher efficiency by analyzing machining accuracy of NC milling and the factor affect NC processing. By detecting and statistical analysis the from accuracy and surface quality of the parts with software such as EXCEL and MATLAB, the whole distribution rule of machining accuracy of NC milling. Then the best processing conditions combination scheme is obtained. The result of this project is expected to be used offering some help for the :'hoosing of surface processing parameters and practical machining
