摘要
由于在实际加工中有好多垂直面上的孔需要加工,而夹具又很难去夹持,因此这就给刀架设计提出了新的要求。文章所设计的自动刀架主要实现两个面上孔的加工,同时也解决了垂直面上孔难加工的问题。所设计的刀架不仅可以实现钻孔加工,也可以实现扩孔、铰、攻丝和切削等加工。
Because there are a lot of holes perpendicular to the surface to be machined in the actual processing, but it is difficult to clamp fixture, so this will give us turret raised new demands. The main achievement of both sides of the hole machining automatic turret designed in this paper, but also solve the problem of difficult to machine the vertical surface of the hole.
