基于Solid Edge变量化技术的卷筒快速设计系统研究

摘要 针对产品快速设计的变量化技术特点,总结出了基于Solid Edge实现变量化设计的三种方法,并利用变量化设计方法和Solid Edge二次开发技术对卷筒组进行了变量化设计,开发了一套卷筒结构设计与校核计算的快速设计系统,实现了卷筒三维模型变量化、模型装配变量化、二维工程图形变量化。 In this paper, according to the feature of variational design of product rapid design, three different methods are proposed actualize variational design based on Solid Edge. And then variational design and the second development of Solid Edge are applied perform variational design for drum.
