摘要
研究了球形储罐和圆柱形储罐静电电势的分布机理,给出了相应的数学模型。应用数值计算软件对油罐内的电势分布进行了计算,得到了罐内静电电势3D分布图,进一步分析了罐内静电电势分布与空间位置的关系,得到了对称型储罐静电电势分布的一般性规律。提出了两种储罐防静电方法,并对方法的有效性进行了验证。
The potential distribution mechanism of the spherical and cylindrical tanks is studied.The corresponding mathematical models have been presented.Calculation software is used to calculate potential distribution of oil tanks.The 3D distribution chart of electrostatic potential in tanks has been obtained.A further analysis about the relationship between electrostatic potential in the oil tank and space position are given.Some general laws of electrostatic potential distribution in symmetrical tank are obtained.Two electrostatic discharge prevention methods are analyzed,and the effectiveness of two methods are verified.
