旋流式急冷箱性能试验研究

Performance Experiment Study on Cyclone Quench Box

介绍了中石化洛阳工程有限公司开发的一种新型旋流式急冷箱,并将其与UOC型急冷箱进行了比较。对比分析了2种急冷箱的结构特点与工作原理,旋流式急冷箱设置的内混合环板和外混合环板强化了气液混合物的碰撞接触效果。在同一试验装置上从压降、传热和传质3个方面对旋流式急冷箱和UOC型急冷箱的性能进行了试验研究,运用气液混合物的温度分布不均匀度σ及液相体积传质系数KLa来量化衡量2种急冷箱的性能。研究结果表明,旋流式急冷箱的综合性能优于UOC型急冷箱。

A new cyclone quench box of SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation was introduced,the comparison was made between the cyclone quench box and UOC type quench box.The structure and working mechanism of the two boxes are expounded,the contact effect of gas-liquid mixture is strengthened because of the interior mixed ring plate and exterior mixed ring plate in the cyclone quench box.The performance of the quench boxes has been tested in pressure drop,heat transfer and mass transfer at a pilot unit.The distribution of temperature and liquid volumetric mass transfer coefficient of gas-liquid mixture was used to evaluate the performance of the quench box.The result show that the cyclone quench box is better than UOC type quench box in comprehensive performance.
