摘要
80万t/a甲醇装置高压废热锅炉的设计参数超出了国家标准规范,管板连接结构无法按常规设计方法进行计算。通过CFD模拟出管板的温度分布后,采用ANSYS有限元分析程序对管板及其连接结构进行应力分析。根据有限元分析结果,按JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》的规定进行强度评定,可为详细设计提供依据。
The design parameters of high pressure waste heat boiler of 800kt/a methanol plant are out of standard range.Tube sheet connecting structure can't be calculated according to conventional design method.Through CFD simulation of the tube sheet temperature distribution, ANSYS finite element program was carried out on the tube sheet and connection structure stress analysis.Based on the provisions stipulated in JB 4732—1995 Steel Pressure Vessels——Design by Analysis,the results of the analysis were assessed,and the conclusion can be used as the reference in detail design.
