摘要
锻件标准中没有明确规定力学性能取样时锻件的公称厚度,造成锻造厂取样试验公称厚度和设备制造厂复验试样公称厚度存在差异,可能导致锻件判废。对压力容器及核电设备行业相关标准中的锻件条款进行了介绍说明,提出了减少和消除公称厚度差异的两种处理方案。
The standard have not stipulated forgings nominal thickness when cut mechanic performance specimens,resulting difference of nominal thickness between forging plant sampling test and the equipment plant retest sample.The difference may lead the forgings determined to be wastes.Introduce and explained relevant provisions of forgings standard in pressure forgings and nuclear equipment industry,put forward two solutions to reduce and eliminate the difference of normal thickness.
