常减压蒸馏油气管道焊缝裂纹失效分析

摘要 针对常减压蒸馏油气管道的失效特点,对管道材质的金相组织和夹杂物、管道材质的化学成分、焊缝区的显微硬度进行了测试,对断口的宏观微观形貌、腐蚀特征、腐蚀产物等进行了分析,结合输油管道的服役条件进行了腐蚀理论分析,以判断材质质量与管道断裂的关系、管道断裂的机制以及管道服役环境与断裂失效的关系,阐明了输油管道的断裂失效原因,对下一步的工作提出了合理建议。 According to the characteristics of atmospheric and vacuum distillation oil and gas pipeline failure material to its basic performance,the microstructure and the chemical composition of inclusions,the tube material,microhardness of weld area were tested,the fracture of the fracture microstructure,corrosion characteristics and corrosion products were analyzed,and combining with theoretical analysis,the service condition of pipeline corrosion to determine the relationship between a material quality and the pipeline rupture of the pipeline,oil pipeline and the mechanism of fracture of pipeline service environment and the relationship between the fracture failure.Finally clarify fracture failure reasons of pipeline,and on this basis puts forward reasonable suggestions on the next step work.
