摘要
由于电梯应用广泛、自动化程度高,并且以PLC为控制核心部件,所以,在PLC教学中常常将电梯作为PLC的一个典型控制对象,以增强学生对PLC实际应用的认识,同时也为学生将来就业奠定基础.设计了虚拟5层电梯PLC控制的组态仿真监控系统,该系统解决了实验环节中PLC无控制对象、PLC程序运行结果抽象等问题;给出了虚拟5层电梯的控制程序流程图、功能要求以及组态仿真监控界面;详细介绍了虚拟电梯仿真监控界面的设计过程与相应的程序编制.
As elevator is widely applied, with a high degree of automation and PLC as the core controlling part, so is it often used as a typical PLC object in the teaching of PLC in order to enhance the students' understanding of the practical application of PLC and lay a foundation for their future employment. The control program flow chart and the functional requirements and the configuration simulation monitoring interface of a virtual five storey elevator are presented in this paper. The design process of simulation monitoring interface of the virtual elevator and the corresponding program is described in detail.
