通过对被誉为"中国毽球的奇葩"的小榄镇及小榄中学的实地调研和专家访谈,以及查阅大量文献资料,总结出了一个包含毽球运动员、教练员的梯队管理,毽球活动发展,以及训练、选才、升学模式等要素的中国毽球运动模式——小榄发展模式.这种发展模式不仅具有较大的普适性,而且具有较强的可操作性,该模式的实施能为我国解决毽球运动发展中的现实问题提供依据.
