摘要
为促进高技术虚拟产业集群(High-tech Virtual Industrial Cluster,HTVIC)知识产权运营及价值实现,在分析HTVIC知识产权运营活动后,研究了HTVIC知识产权运营的经济学作用机理,并给出相应的运营策略。
To promote intellectual property operation and value realization in High-tech Virtual Industrial Cluster （ HTVIC）, after the intellectual property activities are presented, an in-depth study is conducted concerning econom- ics mechanism of action of Intellectual property operation in HTVIC. Lastly,the corresponding strategies are proposed.
