摘要
战略转型是集群企业发展过程中面临的一大管理问题。回顾动态能力、转型战略的现有研究,总结出动态能力由学习能力、整合能力和外部协调能力三大维度构成。基于文献述评,以大唐袜业集群企业为研究样本,实证分析了动态能力三大维度之间的相互联系、动态能力三大维度与产品转型、市场转型、技术转型、组织转型的关系。结果表明,动态能力三大维度间具有显著相关性,动态能力能够促进产品转型、市场转型、技术转型和组织转型的实施,但是动态能力各维度对四大转型战略的作用强度各异。
Strategic transformation is an important issue with the development of SEMs. By recalling the dynamic ca- pabilities and transformation strategy in existing researches, this article sums up the dynamic capabilities from learn- ing ability, integrating ability and external coordination ability. This empirical study is Zhejiang Datang stockings in- dustrial cluster as object, and analyzes the relationship among learning ability, integrating ability and external coordi- nation ability'the relationship between dynamic capabilities and product transformation, market transformation, tech- nology transformation, organization transformation. The results show that three dimensions of dynamic capabilities are of significant correlation, dynamic capabilities can promote four transformation strategies, but each dimension of dy- namic capabilities plays different roles on four transformation strategies.
