聚甲酚磺醛栓、液联合治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Policresulen Suppositories Combined with Policresulen Suppositories Liquid in Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Curative

目的:探讨聚甲酚磺醛栓、液联合治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的疗效观察。方法:选取2009年3月-2012年1月本院确诊为CIN的157例患者,采用随机分层法分为对照组79例和观察组78例,对照组行宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗,观察组采取聚甲酚磺醛栓、液联合治疗,观察比较两组患者的宫颈病变治愈率、复发率、HPV转阴率及不良反应发生情况。结果:在CINⅠ级和CINⅡ级的治疗上,两组宫颈病变治愈率、HPV转阴率及复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但观察组CINⅢ级患者治疗后宫颈病变治愈率、HPV转阴率均明显低于对照组,且复发率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:聚甲酚磺醛栓、液联合治疗CIN简单、经济、安全、有效,是年轻又有妊娠意向的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者理想的药物治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of policresulen suppositories combined with policresulen suppositories liquid in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia curative.Method：157 CIN patients diagnosed in our hospital from March 2009 to January 2012 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group for 79 cases and the observation group for 78 cases.The control group was treated with LEEP and the observation group was treated with policresulen suppositories combined with policresulen suppositories liquid.The cervical disease cure rate,recurrence rate,HPV seroconversion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：In the treatment of CIN grade Ⅰ and CIN grade Ⅱ：there were no statistically significant differences in the cervical disease cure rate,HPV seroconversion rate and recurrence rate of the two groups（P〉0.05）. But the cervical disease cure rate and HPV seroconversion rate of the observation group CIN Ⅲ patients after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and recurrence rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The two groups had no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Policresulen suppositories combined with policresulen suppositories liquid in the treatment of CIN is simple,economic,safe,effective,is the ideal treatment method of the young and pharmaceutical grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ patients with pregnancy intention.
