个体化健康指导对动态心电图检查的意义及实践

The Significance and Practice of Individual Health Guidance to Dynamic Electrocardiogram Examination

目的:探讨分析个体化健康指导对动态心电图检查的意义及实践,为今后的临床工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法:选取2011年1月-2013年12月本院收治的接受动态心电图检查的98例临床患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组在行动态心电图检查前给予常规指导,观察组则是给予个体化健康指导,观察比较两组患者的检查效果。结果:观察组动态心电图检查中干扰率、伪差率、监测时间不足22 h患者所占比例均明显低于对照组,且生活日志填写合格率、诱发不适症状发生率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化健康指导在动态心电图检查中具有重要作用,降低了动态心电图检查干扰与伪差的发生率,值得关注并推广。

Objective：To discuss and analyze the significance and practice of individual health guidance to dynamic electrocardiogram examination,in older to provide a reliable basis for the clinical work in the future.Method：98 patients who received dynamic electrocardiogram examination in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was given normal guidance before dynamic electrocardiogram examination,while the observation group was given individual health guidance.The examination results of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The interference rate,pseudo rate and the proportion of monitoring time less than 22 h in dynamic electrocardiogram examination of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the life log filling qualified rate and induced discomfort symptoms occur rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Individual health guidance plays an important role in dynamic electrocardiogram examination,can decrease occur rate of interference and pseudo difference.It is worthy of attention and promotion.
