社区高血压和糖尿病患者家庭健康教育需求调查分析

Investigation Analysis of Hypertension and Diabetes Health Education Needs of Familes

目的:探讨社区高血压和糖尿病患者对以家庭为单位进行家庭健康教育的临床需求分析。方法:选取本社区有高血压和糖尿病患者的家庭进行调研,采用自设家庭调查问卷,调查包括患者基本信息、家庭饮食和高血压相关知识了解程度等,由患者自行填写调查表,并有调查员检查无误后收回。结果:高血压和糖尿病患者对家庭健康教育关于疾病高危因素、饮食指导、药物指导、血压(血糖)监控、并发症防治、情绪控制的需求较高,且患者对宣传手册、多媒体演示及上门访谈的健康教育形式需求较大。结论:在社区内开展专门的、有针对性的家庭健康教育是防治高血压病和糖尿病的有效途径。

Objective：To investigate the analysis of hypertension and diabetes clinical community needs to families for family health education units.Method：The community families with high blood pressure and diabetes were selected and investigated,adopted the household survey questionnaire,the investigation included patients＇ basic information,family diet and degree of hypertension related knowledge and so on,filled in the questionnaire by the patients themselves,and should be returned after checked with investigators.Result：Patients with hypertension and diabetes health education for families about the disease risk factors,dietary guidance,medication guide,blood pressure（blood sugar） control, prevention of complications,emotional control demand were higher,and patients for brochures, multimedia demonstration and on-site interview forms of health education demand were bigger.Conclusion：In the community to carry out specialized, targeted family health education is an effective way to prevent hypertension and diabetes.
