基层医院门诊药房是医院重要的职能部门,在药物的保存、发放及患者用药咨询、用药指导方面发挥着重要的作用。本文主要分析了基层医院门诊药房中存在的差错,并提出了相应的对策,以期能减少门诊药房中错误的发生,更好地发挥门诊药房的职能,提高患者的满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生。

The hospital outpatient pharmacy is an important functional department of hospital,which plays an important role in drug storage,dispensing and patient counseling,medication guidance.This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in grass-roots hospital outpatient pharmacy error,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure in order to reduce the occurrence of errors in the outpatient pharmacy of outpatient pharmacy.It can promote the outpatient pharmacy better function,improve patient satisfaction,reduce medical disputes.
