DCPTA与CCC复配对寒地春玉米根系生长及茎秆农艺性状的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了明确DCPTA与CCC复配对玉米幼苗根系以及茎秆农艺性状的影响,以丰禾1号为供试品种,在玉米六叶期时喷施复配剂,以清水为对照。喷施药品后的2,4,6,8,10 d及抽雄初期分别进行测量。研究结果表明,喷施复配剂后,处理的根体积、根表面积、根长及单株根干质量较对照有所增加。根表面积与总根长处理与对照差异显著,前者在处理后第2天增幅最大,后者在第6天增幅最大,分别为49.16%和58.20%。茎秆节间直径较对照有所增加,茎秆节间长度较对照有所缩短,但差异不显著。单位茎长干质量和干物质百分比较对照有所增加,其中增加幅度最大的为抽雄后5d,分别为5.99%,7.99%。研究结果为DCPTA与CCC的复配剂应用于玉米生产提供了理论和试验基础。 In order to clarify the effects of mixed compound of DCPTA and CCC on root growth and stem agronomic traits of spring maize. In the experiment,Fenghe 1 was chosen as the experimental material,The mixtures be sprayed on maize in the 6-leaf stage,and the water as contrast. The data be respectively measured after 2,4,6,8,10 days of spraying. The results showed that after spraying mixtures,compared with the contrast,root volume,root surface area,root length and plant root dry weight are increased. The root surface area and root length were significant difference between the treatment and the contrast. The largest increased rate of former is appearing in the second day after spraying and the latter is sixth day,The data respectively are 49. 16% and 58. 20%. Compared with contrast,the diameter of section between stem is increased and the length of section between stem reduced,but difference is not significant. Compared with the contrast,unit dry weight of stem length and percentage of dry matter are increased. The largest increased rate is appearing in the fifth day after spraying. The data respectively are 5. 99%,7. 99%. The test provide theoretical and experimental basis for the mixtures of DCPTA and CCC applied to maize production.
