摘要 为了实现安全、优质、高效、低成本钻井,现代石油钻机在20世纪后期推广应用了顶部驱动、盘式刹车和自运送钻等新技术。主要介绍了JC40D绞车改造中的重点工作,带式刹车改为盘式刹车滚筒轴的结构设计;通过计算重新选配驱动电机,使绞车的配置更为合理;通过计算选配、增加自动送钻装置,并和绞车进行一体化设计,使绞车的结构更加紧凑;绞车架的全新设计。 In order to achieve safe efficient drilling,which is of low cost and high quality, in the late 20th century new technologies were applied such as top driving, disc braking and self-transporting drilling, etc. This paper mainly describes the key work which is that the band braking is designed to disc braking drum shaft. The re-matching drive motor is calculated to make winch configuration more reasonable. The winch structure is more compact by calculating matching, increasing automatic feed drilling device, which are both designed together with the winch, to achieve the new designing of the winch frame.
