88例伴有根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的治疗和临床分析

The Treatment and Clinical Analysis of 88 Cases of Root Canal Calcification of Posterior Teeth Pulpitis

目的:研究伴有根管钙化后牙牙髓炎的治疗和临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2012年3月-2013年3月笔者所在医院收治的88例伴有根管钙化后牙牙髓炎患者的临床资料,共106颗患牙。针对部分根管钙化后牙牙髓炎患者,对通畅根管采用根管治疗法,对无法通畅根管,则采用塑化治疗法。针对根管全部钙化后牙牙髓炎患者,对无法通畅根管,采用窝洞按深龋充填法治疗。结果:对106颗患牙进行治疗后,有101颗患牙治疗有效,有效率高达95.3%。结论:根据根管钙化后牙牙髓炎患者的具体病情,采用合理的方法对其进行治疗,有利于提高治愈率。

Objective：To study the treatment and clinical effects of root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis.Method：To retrospective analysis the clinical data of 88 cases with root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013,the teeth were 106.For part root canal calcification of posterior teeth pulpitis,if smooth root was canal,root canal therapy was used,if smooth root was not canal,plasticized treatment method was used.For a tooth after root canal all calcification in patients with pulpitis,cannot open root canal,cavity deep caries filling method.Result：After treatment ,there were 101 teeth were effective in 106 teeth,the effective rate was 95.3%.Conclusion：Based on specific tooth after root canal calcification in patients with pulpitis condition,using reasonable methods for their treatment will help to improve the cure rate.
