清眩颗粒干预代谢综合征及其对脂肪因子影响的临床研究

Effect of Qingxuan granule on metabolic syndrome and adipocyte factor

目的观察清眩颗粒干预代谢综合征及其对脂肪因子影响。方法将98例代谢综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例在行为干预的基础上口服清眩颗粒,对照组48例口服二甲双胍。2组均2个月为1个疗程,3个疗程统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后血压、体质量指数、血糖、血脂及脂肪因子情况。结果治疗组收缩压、舒张压治疗后均降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照组收缩压治疗后降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低收缩压优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组控制收缩压的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后体质量、体质量指数、空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗(IR)指数及空腹胰岛素均改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、降低甘油三酯优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后脂肪因子(视黄醇结合蛋白-4、脂肪素、脂联素、抵抗素、纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子)均改善(P<0.05)。结论清眩颗粒具有干预代谢综合征、调节脂肪因子的疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Qingxuan granule on metabolic syndrome and adipocyte fac-tor.Methods 98 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups .50 cases in treatment group orally received Qingxuan granule on the basis of behavioral interventions .48 cases of the control group received oral metformin.The therapeutic course was two months in two groups .The clinical effect was observed after three cour-ses.The status of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,BMI and adipocyte factors were recorded before and after treatment .Results Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment were lower in treatment group （P〈0.01,P〈0.05） and systolic blood pressure after treatment was reduced in control group （P〈0.05）.The de-crease of systolic blood pressure in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.01）.Body mass,body mass index （BMI）,fasting glucose,IR,fasting insulin,TC and LDL-C after treatment are improved in two groups （P〈0.05）.But there was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）.The increase of HDL-C and the decrease of TG in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.Adipocyte factors （Retinol binding protein 4,adipokine,adiponectin,resistin,fibrinolytic enzyme activation inhibiting factor ） were im-proved after treatment in treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qingxuan particles have the efficacy of interven-tions on metabolic syndrome and can regulate adipokines .
