养肾汤联合西药治疗肾病综合征35例疗效观察

Investigation of Yangshen decoction combined with western medicine treatment on nephrotic syndrome

目的观察养肾汤联合西药治疗肾病综合征临床疗效。方法将70例肾病综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组35例予常规西医治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用养肾汤治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,4个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后血浆白蛋白(Alb)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)及24 h尿蛋白定量。结果治疗组总有效率100.0%,对照组总有效率80.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量均降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后Alb升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论养肾汤联合西药治疗肾病综合征治疗肾病综合征疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangshen decoction combined with western medi-cine treatment on nephrotic syndrome .Methods 70 cases of nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group （n=35） were treated by conventional western medicine therapy .Patients in treat-ment group （n=35） were treated by Yangshen decoction combined with western medicine treatment .The course was four weeks in two groups .The curative effect was evaluated after four courses .The changes of plasma Alb ,BUN,Cr and 24-hour urinary protein quantity before and after treatment were observed in two groups .Results The total ef-fective rate in treatment group was 100.0%.And the total effective rate in control group was 80.0%.There was sig-nificant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.24 hour urinary protein after treatment was decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment （P 〈0.05）.Alb level after treatment was increased in treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yangshen decoction combined with western medicine treatment has exact effect on nephrotic syndrome .
