牛膝多糖对兔膝关节骨性关节炎修复的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察牛膝多糖对兔膝关节骨性关节炎修复的影响。方法将48只新西兰大白兔随机分为2组,各24只。采用改良Hulth模型建造兔膝关节骨性关节炎模型。治疗组予牛膝多糖2 g/kg灌胃治疗,对照组予0.9%氯化钠注射液2 mL/kg灌胃对照。每日1次,连续灌胃3个月。观察比较2组治疗前后膝关节活动度及数字化X线摄影(DR)影像学分级。结果对照组治疗前后膝关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后膝关节活动度与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),膝关节活动度明显增加;2组治疗前DR影像学分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后DR影像学分级比较差异有统计学意义(u=2.33,P<0.05),治疗组能够明显修复膝关节炎性改变。结论牛膝多糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能够改善周围软组织肿胀情况,减少关节间隙的变窄,缩小关节面的变化及减轻骨赘情况的发生,增加膝关节屈伸最大角度,改善膝关节活动度,从而有利于骨性关节炎的修复。 Objective To study the effect of achyranthan on the repair of rabbit knee osteoarthritis .Methods 48 New Zealand white rabbit were randomly divided into two groups ,each only 24.Using improved Hulth model to build the rabbit model of knee osteoarthritis .Treatment group received lavage treatment according to the achyranthan , 2 g/kg,and control group received lavage treatment of 0.9%sodium chloride injection 2 mL/kg.1 times a day,con-tinuous lavage treatment for 3 months.Knee joint mobility and DR imaging classification were compared before and after the treatment in two groups .Results There was no difference between before and after treatment in control group on knee joint mobility (P〉0.05).There was significant difference between before and after treatment in treat-ment group on knee joint mobility (P〈0.05).There was significant difference between two groups on knee joint mobility after treatment (P〈0.05).There was no difference between two groups on DR imaging classification before treatment (P〉0.05).There was significant difference between two groups on DR imaging classification after treat -ment (u=2.33,P〉0.05).The treatment group can repair knee joint inflammatory change obviously .Conclusion Achyranthan for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve soft tissue swelling ,reduce joint space narrowing ,re-duce changes in the articular surface and mitigate osteophytes situation ,increase the maximum angle of knee flexion , improve knee range of motion ,thus is conducive to restoration of osteoarthritis .
