摘要
金属塑性成形的一个基本条件就是体积不变 ,但有限元模拟过程中又必然存在体积变化 ,从而影响了模拟精度和模拟结果。分析讨论了影响材料体积变化的三个主要因素 :有限元网格变形及网格重划、增量步长、惩罚因子 ,并给出了相应的控制方法。
The volume changing of material is the important factors to influence the precision of plastic FEM simulation. Three main factors are discussed in detail: deformation of finite element mesh and remeshing, incremental step length, penalty coefficient. Moreover the control ways are provided.
