曲美他嗪在扩张型心肌病心力衰竭中的治疗效果

Treatment effect of trimetazidine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure

目的:探讨扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪治疗的临床效果。方法:选取80例扩张型心肌病患者为本次研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,两组患者均服用β-受体阻滞剂、利尿药、洋地黄以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等常规药物治疗;观察组患者则在此基础上接受曲美他嗪药物治疗,疗程为3个月。治疗结束后对两组患者心功能、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)变化进行观察和对比。结果:与对照组相比,观察组心功能改善者显著更高(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,观察组患者LVEF值明显提高,左室舒张、收缩末期内径明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论:对于扩张型心肌患者群来说,曲美他嗪有利于其心功能的改善,并能够逆转心室重构,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure patients treated witb trimetazidlne therapy clinical re- sults. Method 80 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy patients were randomly divided into two groups：the control group（ n = 40） and the observation group（ n = 40） ,the patients in two groups were taking β- blockers,diuretics,digitalis and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and other conventional drug treatment;the patients in the observation group were treated with trimetazidine for three months. After treatment of the two groups of cardiac function in patients,left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF） ,left ventricular end - diastolic diameter （LVEDD） and left ventrieular end systolic diameter （LVESD） changes were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, cardiac function in the observation group was improved si^lificantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; compared with before treatment, LVEF of patients in the observation group was significantly increased, left ventricu]ar diastolic and systolic diameter were significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion For patients with dilated cardiomyopathy group,the trimetazidine is beneficial to the improvement of cardiac function and able to reverse ventricular remodeling, efficacy,it is worthy of clinical application.
