58例获得性耐多药结核患儿的综合护理

58 cases acquired comprehensive nursing care of children with mdr-tb

目的：结合获得性耐多药结核患儿主要病因及治疗原则,探讨优质综合护理在提高获得性耐多药结核患儿治愈率中的作用。方法：对传染儿科2010年9月~2013年9月收治的58例获得性耐多药结核患儿的临床资料进行分析,总结综合性护理在提高获得性耐多药结核患儿治愈率中的作用。结果：采取综合护理的58例获得性耐多药结核患儿,51例好转出院（87.9%）,4例自动出院（6.9%）,3例死亡（5.2%）。结论：对获得性耐多药结核患儿采取优质综合护理可明显提高耐多药结核患儿的治愈率,降低病死率。

Objective Combination of acquired multi -drug resistant tuberculosis in children with main causes and therapeutic princi- ples ,to probe into comprehensive nursing care quality in improving access to the role of children with mdr -tb cure rate. Method Infection in our hospital of pediatrics from September 2010 to September 2013 were 58 cases of acquired multi - drug resistant tuberculosis in chil- dren with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, summarized comprehensive nursing in improving access to the role of children with mdr - tb cure rate . Results Take care of 58 cases of acquired multi - drug resistant tuberculosis patients, were 51 cases improved （87.9%） ,4 eases of automatic discharge （6. 9% ） ,3 eases died （5.2%）. Conclusion On acquired multi -drug resistant tuberculosis in children with good comprehensive nursing can obviously improve children with mdr - tb cure rate, reduce the case fatality rate.
