标准化培训在医院感染管理中的应用

The Application of the Standardized Training of Infection Control in Hospital

目的:了解医务人员医院感染管理知识认知程度,通过培训,提高医务人员感控意识和技能。方法:使用《江苏省医院感染相关知识多媒体教学片》进行培训,培训前后进行测试,由专职人员对存在的主要问题做重点解读,互动答疑,强调工作中应注意的问题。结果:培训前测试合格率为21.43%,培训后测试合格率为93.30%;职业安全防护、手卫生是日常工作中的薄弱环节;实习护生是感染管理知识认知程度最低的人群。结论:医院感染管理知识的学习、培训是一项持续不间断的工作,重在工作中强化医院感染管理知识,巩固培训效果。

Objective In order to know the comPrehension of the infection control in hospital by the medical staff to what intent, they should be trained to raise the level of their sense of infection control and its skill. Method Using Multimedia Teaching Disc of the Relevant Knowledge in Hospital of Jiangsu Province as the training material, before and after the training, tests were given to them, and the professional teachers explained the main problems. Both of teachers and attending persons answerod each other＇s questions,important problems were emphasized. Results The qualified rate of tile test before the training was 21.43%, and the qualified rate after the training was 93.30%. ,So far,as we know,the professional safety protect and the hand- hygiene were a weak link in daily routine,and the nursing trainees had been the crowd who know the least of infection control. Conclusion The learning and training of the infection control in hospital is a continuing work. It is important to strengthen the knowledge of infection control in hospital daily work, and training results.
