摘要
內蒙古万城公司矿山采用机械通风的方式进行生产,存在风流混乱,污风串联,工作面风量不足等问题。随着开采向深部的推进,这些问题更加严重,为此,结合该矿的实际情况,提出了改善矿山通风状况的两种可行性方案。经计算比较,得到了井下通风系统改进与优化设计的最佳方案。实施后,作业环境明显改善。
Mechanical ventilation was used in the mine of Wancheng Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia,and there were some problems existing in the system, such as air-flow disorder,foul air serialization, insufficient air of working faces. With the mining to the deep level, these problems became more serious. So, two kinds of feasible schemes to improve mine ventilation condition were put forward combined with the practical conditions. After the caleulation and comparison,the optimal scheme of design and improvement of underground ventilation system was obtained. The underground working environment was obviously improved after the implementation of the scheme.
