摘要
"旋流器+浓密机"的两级脱水流程,在低浓度、粗颗粒尾矿的脱水中应用较为广泛。该工艺具有尾矿浓度高、占地面积小等优点。但生产实践中,由于矿以渣浆泵压力给入,动力消耗及材料损耗较大。而尾矿自压给矿脱水系统则很好地克服了这些缺点。
The dewatering process of applying cyclone and thickener is widely used in low concentrate and coarse particle tailing dewatering,and this process can produce high concentrate underflow and has low occupied area. But this system needs large amount of power and material consumption due to the slurry bump feeding. The tailing dewatering system with self-pressure feeding was design without slurry bump, and it can overcome the disadvantage of the former system.
