Design and application of CAD/CAM system of broaching tool for enterprise

介绍矩形花键拉刀CAD/CAM系统的设计与应用 ,提出开发面向企业的拉刀CAD/CAM系统及其集成化设计方法。应用该系统设计制造了拖拉机变速箱滑移齿轮花键孔拉刀并进行了加工实践 ,使用结果表明 :被加工齿轮花键孔参数符合设计要求。拉刀系统集成化设计可大大缩短产品的设计与制造周期 ,提高企业的市场竞争力 ,也为建立其它刀具CAD/CAM系统提供了借鉴。

This paper introduces the design and application of CAD/CAM system of rectangle spline broach. Developing the system for enterprise and its integrated design are put forward. With the system we have designed and machined the broaching tool that has used to machine slippage gears in the gearbox of tractor. The result of the application shows that machined the parametric of gear accord with the demands. The CAD/CAM system may shorten the period of production for design and machining, and raises competitive capacity for the enterprise, it also can be used for based CAD/CAM system of other tools reference.
