摘要
为研究分散剂的剂型与剂量以及磁力搅拌与超声振荡的工艺过程对纳米Cu2O悬浮液分散性能的影响,以纳米材料常用的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用添加分散剂和磁力搅拌与超声振荡相结合的方法制备纳米Cu2O悬浮液.实验结果表明:磁力搅拌对Cu2O纳米粉在介质中的分散稳定性具有一定的作用,超声振荡不能应用于纳米Cu2O悬浮液的制备过程,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对Cu2O纳米粉在介质中的分散稳定性效果较好.Cu2O纳米粉与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵按1∶0.5加入,磁力搅拌60min,制备的质量分数为0.20%纳米Cu2O悬浮液分散稳定性能比较理想.
The effects of dispersant types and amount, magnetic stirring and ultrasonic vibration on the nano-Cu2O suspension performance were researched. Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS),cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) were chosen as nano-material dispersants,and dispersant addition, magnetic stirring and ultrasonic vibration were combined to prepare nano- Cu2O suspension. The results show that magnetic stirring has a certain effect on the dispersion of nano- Cu2O powder in the dispersion medium,ultrasonic oscillation can't be applied to the preparation of Cu20 suspension, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide has a desirable effect on the dispersion of nano-Cu2O pow- der in the medium. With the addition of Cu2O Nano powder and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in a ratio of 1 to 0.5 and the magnetic stirring of 60 minutes,the dispersion performance of nano-Cu2O suspension with mass fraction of 0.20G is ideally stable.
