Progress of natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery related complications

经自然腔道内镜手术(NOTES)因具有创伤痛苦小、术后恢复快,无体表瘢痕等优势而受到国内外腔镜及内镜医师的青睐。但术中、术后面临的感染、穿刺孔瘘、出血、腹脏器损伤等并发症不容忽视。本文就NOTES并发症的发生机理及其防治措施作一综述,为医师临床应用NOTES时提供安全方面的参考依据。

Since natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery （NOTES） can reduce surgical trauma and postoperative pain, shorten length of hospital stay, hasten recovery, and result in no ＂visible＂ scars, it earns more and more attention of laparoscopic experts and endoscopic physicians. However, its complications such as secondary infection, fistula, bleeding, and organ injury can not be ignored. In order to provide the reference for NOTES＇ clinical application, in this paper we give a brief overview of the mechanism and related treatments of NOTES complications.
