摘要
在学校变革的UAS模式中,研究者的作用发挥是一个重要的议题。基于我们合作项目启动一年的历程,探索了从"融入"到"扰动"的研究者介入学校变革的初始路径,并指出做好角色定位和行动策略的选取,是完成这一过程转化的重要方面。"融入"是研究者最初的角色目标。"扰动"是研究者"融入"后的行动指向。从"融入"到"扰动"的过程,是研究者介入学校变革,启动并维系变革转化发生的过程。
In the UAS model of schools' transformation, the researchers' role play is an important issue. Professor Chen Xuyuan works for the Northeast Normal University National Basic Education Experiment Center. This article is based on the cooperation of Chen's team and Anshan TieDong District Xinhua Street Primary School. It explored from "infusion" to "disturbance" researchers involved in the initial path of school reformation, and points out that completes the role positioning and selection of strategies,is to complete the transformation of the process. The role of "infusion" is the first goal of the researchers. "Disturbance" is the leading direction after the researchers get into "infusion". From "infusion" to "disturbance", is the process of the researchers involved in school changing, launching and sustaining the conversion of how the changes happened.
