摘要
根据对法律英语文本的类型化与规范化研究,法律英语文本应当分为规范性文本、描述性文本和混合型文本三类。规范性法律英语文本有六个特征。规范性法律英语文本兼具法律上和语域上的正式规范特征,在各种法律文本中最具代表性,也最能体现作为其载体的法律英语的语言特征。
Based on the study of categorization and normalization of legal English texts, this paper categorizes legal English texts as three types： prescriptive legal text, descriptive legal text and hybrid legal text. Prescriptive legal text, with the most legal characteristics and formal register in linguistics, is typical of all categories of legal texts and bears the particular linguistic features of legal English which has been used as their written language.
