摘要
"碧落"是中国古代诗歌词汇中的一个"舶来词",其来源可追溯至道教灵宝经书中的"大梵隐语"。该词代表弥散的"阳"气,在宇宙轮回达到"阴"极后随即出现的一种可见的红霞或薄雾。它本质是空,却蕴藏着存在。该词的含义曾被曲解、延伸,并最终转化为与最初含义大相径庭的诸多用法。而从唐代诗歌对"碧落"这个道教词汇的使用情况来看,唐代文人对于道教意义上的概念存在着一种普遍的体认,虽然他们对道教的理解层面也会因人而异,但道教对于具体的唐诗和广义的中国文学所具有的深刻影响则是肯定的。
Abstract: The study of Daoism is still a fairly young discipline. Perhaps for this reason, studies of Daoism employing the techniques of literary studies are still fairly rare. At the same time, those who study Chinese literature tend to focus on the unproductive question of whether or not a particular author was or was not "a Daoist". This article employs literary analysis to trace the use of a single Daoist term "碧落" in Tang writings. The results of this survey show a widespread awareness of Daoist concepts among Tang literati, though the levels of comprehension vary from writer to writer.
