摘要 大学生评教制度作为一种质量保障机制产生于20世纪初的美国,到21世纪初才在我国大学中普遍推行,但在实践中却屡屡遭受"学生消极参与"的冷遇。经过比较分析后不难发现,学生评教制度在中国面临着深刻的文化冲突,它不仅表现为中西方文化之间的冲突,同时也表现为大众消费文化与学术精英文化的冲突、行政主导文化与学术本位文化的冲突以及平等主义文化与权威主义文化的冲突。而协调文化冲突的根本出路是采取"共治主义"立场,构建大学治理文化,实现教、学、管三方利益的平衡,如此才能较好地解决大学生评教中的一系列难题。 The upsurge of Student Rating of Teaching Effectiveness in Chinese university campus has a great historical and realistic significance, which was taken as an important system of quality assurance, but it meets cold that undergraduate is passive in this process. After a comparative analysis, it was found there has a series of cultural conflietions behind this problem, it is not only the confliction between Chinese culture and Western culture, hut also the confliction between elite academic culture and mass consumerism culture, between administration-predominant culture and the academy- essentialism culture, between equalitarianism culture and authoritarianism culture. The essential way to solve the problem is to integrate these culture conflicts, balance the interest of teachers, students and managers, try to build a mechanism of common governance,and to create a circumstance of harmony campus. Otherwise, the problem can not be solved.
