摘要
对板翅式不锈钢油冷器服役过程中出现的"铜害"问题进行了介绍和分析,铜钎焊板翅式不锈钢油冷器油道中存在大量的焊铜是导致发动机润滑系统失效的原因。解决不锈钢油冷器"铜害"问题的方案包括化学清洗法、采用非铜钎料、减薄铜钎料箔、合理配置钎料和改善钎焊工艺等。合理配置钎料是减少"铜害"的一个有效途径。
The Cu toxicity appeared in the service process of plate-fin oil coolers in stainless steel brazed with copper was introduced and analyzed.The existence of a large amount of copper in the oil way of plate-fin oil cooler in stainless steel is the primary cause of the failure of the lubrication system of engine.Approaches to resolve the Cu toxicity include chemical cleaning,use of non-copper filler metals,reduction of the thickness of copper foils,rational allocation of filler metal and improvement of the brazing technology.Rational allocation of the filler metal is an effective way to reduce Cu toxicity.
