低合金钢表面耐腐蚀层自动堆焊工艺试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用带极自动堆焊、实心焊丝自动堆焊、药芯焊丝自动堆焊在低合金钢SA-508 3级1类进行表面耐腐蚀层堆焊试验,对堆焊接头进行横向侧弯、宏观检验,并对堆焊层表面化学成分分析检测。结果表明,3种堆焊方法均获得满意的接头性能,母材与堆焊层熔合良好,但实心焊丝自动堆焊化学成分不能满足设备技术规格书的要求。因此3种堆焊方法比较,带极自动堆焊和药芯焊丝自动堆焊是耐腐蚀层堆焊的较理想的两种方法。 Corrosion resistant layer was prepared on low-alloy steel SA- 508 Grade 3 Class 1 by using strip-electrode automatic cladding,solid wire automatic cladding and flux-cored wire automatic cladding,respectively.The transverse side bend test,macro examination and chemical composition analysis of cladded layer were carried out.The results show that all the welding processes can achieve the satisfactory properties of cladding layer.The good fusion between substrate and cladding layer is obtained,but the chemical composition of the deposited layer made from solid wire doesnt meet the requirements of the technical specification for the equipment.The comparison among the three techniques,the strip-electrode automatic cladding and flux-cored wire automatic cladding are the two ideal methods to prepare corrosion resistant layer.
