摘要  利用熔铸-原位反应喷射沉积成形技术制备了 TiC颗粒增强 7075 Al基复合材料.测试了复合材料的拉伸性能.结 果表明:在预制块中选取 Ti:C=1:1配比,复合材料中存在较多的条、块状 Al3Ti相,致使复合材料的拉伸强度和延伸率均比未 增强合金低;选取Ti:C=1:1.3的配比,有助于消除Al3Ti脆性相,提高复合材料的拉伸强度.进一步讨论了提高熔铸-原位反 应喷射沉积成形 7075/TiC Al基复合材料拉伸强度的途径. The TiC reinforced 7075 Al matrix composites have been successfully fabricated by melt in situ reaction spray forming. The tensile properties of the composites were tested. Both theoretical and experimental results have shown that some strip or rectangular like Al3Ti exist in the 7075/TiC composites when Ti:C=1:1 in the preforms, which is harmful to the tensile properties of the composites. Al3Ti phase can be eliminated in the final product when Ti:C=1:1.3 in the preforms, which is beneficial to the tensile properties of the composites. Finally, the way of further improving the strength of 7075/TiC composites was also discussed.
