调Q 1064nm激光治疗面部皮肤黑变病临床观察

Effect observation of the facial melanosis treated by Q 1 064nm laser

目的：探讨调Q1064nm激光治疗颜面部皮肤黑变病的临床效果.方法：回顾性调查笔者科室2007年1月～2012年1 2月门诊激光治疗患者,符合临床诊断为颜面部黑变病的病例共22例,其中瑞尔氏黑病变12例,炎症性黑变病7例,摩擦黑变病3例.以上病例使用调Q1064nm激光,2个月治疗1次,共治疗10次,所有病例治疗前后在相同条件下照相,应用四分法根据照片评价治疗效果.结果：经调Q1064nm激光治疗后,痊愈4例,显效15例,有效2例,无效1例,未见严重并发症.结论：调Q 1064nm激光能够安全、有效地治疗颜面部皮肤黑变病.

Objective To observe the clinic effects of Q 1 064nm laser in the treatment of facial melanosis.Methods Retrospective investigation in our department from 2007 January to 2012 December outpatient laser treatment,according of the clinical diagnosis,22 cases of facial melanosis have been choose,including 12 cases of the Riehl＇s melanosis,7 cases of inflammatory melanosis,3 cases of friction melanosis.All of the above cases treated with Q 1 064nm laser,once every couple of months,total 10 times.Before and after treatment,all cases have been taken photos at the same condition.We use the Quartation method to evaluate the effect of treatment.Results After treatment with Q 1 064nm laser,4cases have been cured,15 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,1 case ineffective,no serious complications.Conclusion Q 1 064nm laser can be used to treat facial melanosis safely and effectively.
