强脉冲光联合点阵铒激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect ofintense pulsed light anderbium fractionallaser in treating acne scar

目的:联合运用强脉冲光和点阵铒激光治疗痤疮瘢痕,研究分析其临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用简单化随机分组方法将我院2011年1月到2013年6月期间收治的126例痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为强脉冲组、点阵组、联合治疗组,每组各42例。接受相应治疗后评价其ECCA权重评分、有效率、不良反应及生活质量。结果:联合治疗组治疗前后ECCA权重评分下降较强脉冲组和点阵组多(P<0.05);联合治疗组总有效率95.24%,强脉冲组总有效率76.19%,点阵组总有效率80.9%,联合治疗组高于其他两组(P<0.05);联合治疗组不良反应发生率14.29%,强脉冲组为40.48%,点阵组为35.71%,联合治疗组不良反应低于其他两组(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组在自我感知、社会功能、情感功能、痤疮症状等评分均高于强脉冲组和点阵组(P<0.05)。结论:联合运用强脉冲光和点阵铒激光治疗痤疮瘢痕能提高疗效,减少不良反应的发生,同时能提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analysis theclinicaleffect of the treatment ofacne scars with combined use ofintense pulsed lightand latticeerbium laser,for the clinical treatment of acne scarprovidingvaluable reference.Methods January 2011 to June 2013,126casesof ache scarswere randomly divided intostrong pulse groups,lattice group,combined treatment group by using the simplerandomgrouping methodtreated in our hospital,42 patients in each group.Score ofthe weights of ECCA,efficiency,adverse reactions and the quality of life were assessed afterreceiving the correspondingtreatment.Results Combined treatment groupbefore and after treatment,ECCA score decreasedthan the other two groups of strong pulse group （P〈0.05）;the total efficiency of the combined treatment group was 95.24% which was higher than the strong pulse group that was 76.19% and the lattice group that was 80.9%（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions of combination treatment group was14.29% which was significantly lower than the strong pulse group that was 40.48% and the lattice group that was 35.71% （P 〈0.05）;after treatment self-perception,social function,emotional function,and acne symptoms scores in the combined treatment group were higher than acne intense pulsed group and lattice group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Joint use of intense pulsed light and erbium fractional laser treatments for ache scars can improve efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,while improving the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting.
