Research on the Dynamic Identification Mechanism of Innovative Enterprise's Sustainable Innovation Opportunity

基于我国优秀企业的创新实践,指出创新型企业持续创新过程重大机遇管理的必要性和重要性。针对机遇管理的研究现状以及持续创新特性,对创新型企业持续创新机遇的概念进行界定并建立其理论基础。在对创新型企业持续创新机遇识别机制的概念和内容进行界定的基础上,以企业经营者强烈的机遇管理意识为前提,以机遇管理权变意识为理念,从机遇管理部门化、外部环境风险预警机制、信息管理机制、人员激励机制、社会网络机制五方面构建创新型企业持续创新机遇的动态识别机制,从而为创新型企业持续创新过程更好地识别和捕捉机遇提供了理论借鉴和政策参考。

Based on the innovative practices of the innovative enterprise in China, the paper points out that the importance of managing significant opportunity during the process of innovative enterprise＇s sustainable innovation, and analyzes the concept and theory basis of enterprise＇s sustainable innovation opportunity according to the current research on opportunity management and sustainable innova- tion. By defining the dynamic identification mechanism of innovative enterprise＇s sustainable innovation opporttmity, the paper puts forward its dynamic identification mechanism from the five aspects, that is setting up the department of opportunity management, warning mechanism for external environment risk, mechanism of information management, mechanism of staff motivation, social network mech- anism, so it can provide the theory basis for identifying and utilizing the opportunity during the process of innovative enterprise＇s sustainable innovation.
