云南:提升开放型经济水平的战略取向

Yunnan: Strategic Orientaion of Opening Economy

国家实施西部大开发战略和"一带一路"战略以来,云南开放型经济发展势头良好。但还存在外贸规模小、层次低,出口商品结构不合理,服务贸易、外资利用严重不足等问题,面临着国际贸易保护主义、周边国家政治经济不稳定、生产要素成本上升、国内邻省竞争压力加大等外部挑战。云南开放型经济应进一步转变发展方式,扩大对外对内开放,调整经济结构,推动滇中、沿边协同发展,实现综合性对外合作,进而提高开放水平。

The launch of China＇ s Western Development strategy has promoted the open economy of Yunnan province. Some problems become more obvious, which include limited scale and level of foreign trade, unreasonable structure of exported commodities, deficiency of the service trade, under-utilization of the foreign capital and so on. We are confronted with such challenges as the trade protectionism, the unsteadiness of the surrounding countries, the rise of the production costs and the competition from the neighboring provinces. This paper proposes that the Yunnan should further change the development model of its open economy and carry out a comprehensive international cooperation to achieve a higher standard of opening.
