联合运用Gasket-seal和带蒂黏膜瓣处理高流量脑脊液漏 被引量:11

摘要 内镜经鼻入路已经能够处理前颅底、鞍区、鞍旁、斜坡等颅底部位病变,但术后脑脊液漏作为最常见的并发症仍制约着该手术技术的发展,特别是对于术中第三脑室和广泛脑池开放的高流量脑脊液漏病例。Leng等介绍了运用单纯Gasket—seal技术处理术中高流量脑脊液漏的成功经验。
