我国优秀青年足球运动员比赛高强度跑动变化特征研究 被引量:10

摘要 旨在评估我国优秀青年足球运动员比赛中高强度活动体能的变化特征。运用SIMIScout比赛分析系统对21名国奥队员和25名国青队员在一个赛季里的比赛体能表现,及YoYo测试成绩进行了分析研究。研究结果显示:(1)比赛中的高强度跑动距离可以作为评价优秀青年足球运动员比赛体能状态的敏感指标;(2)描述了优秀青年足球运动员比赛中的活动距离,尤其是高强度跑动距离的变化趋势;(3)国奥队运动员在比赛中的高强度跑动距离明显多于国青队运动员,国奥队运动员的YoYo测试成绩明显好于国青队运动员;(4)优秀青年足球队的中后卫运动员在比赛中的高强度跑动距离明显少于边后卫、前卫和前锋运动员;(5)构建了我国优秀青年足球运动员比赛中高强度跑动距离的评价标准,可应用于运动员比赛中体能状态的评价与诊断。 The aim of this study was to assess the elite youth soccer player game high intensity activity physical characteristics. 21the National Olympic Team and 25 the National youth Team soccer players were analyzed by computerized time motion system of SIMI Scout analyses were performed 3-6 times during the competitive season. The results show that : ( 1 ) High intensity running distance could be used as evaluation of elite young football players game sensitive indicator of physical state; (2)Described the elite young football players game running distance especially high intensity running distance variation trend; (3) The National Olympic Team soccer players performed more high-intensity running during a game and were better at the Yo-Yo test than the National youth Team players; (4)Elite youth soccer defenders covered a shorter distance in high-intensity running than players in other playing positions; (5)To build Chinese elite young football athlete evaluation standard of high intensity running distance in games, can be applied to the athlete match fitness evaluation and diagnosls
