摘要
针对快速时尚品在网络销售中的高退换货率的问题,在快速时尚品销售特点分析基础上,考虑快速时尚品的价格衰减与顾客需求量的关系,以及配送时间等因素的影响,建立了网络销售环境下的快速时尚品物流网络规划模型,并运用模拟退火算法进行算例求解。研究结果表明:产品的退货率对物流网络的运营成本与效率产生重要影响,随着退货率的增加总收益呈直线下降,为保证网络收益,应将退货率控制在5%以内,并应尽可能压缩配送时间至3天之内。
This paper focuses on the high return problem of fast fashion products in e-commerce retailing. By analyzing the selling features of fast fashion products,a logistics network programming model is proposed,in taking into account the relationship of fast fashion product price reduction and customer demand, and the delivery time etc. The model is solved by using simulated annealing algorithm. Results show that the return rate has significant influence on the operation cost and efficiency of the logistics network. To make the return rate less than 5%,the delivery time need to be compressed within three days.
