高校毕业生人力资本积累对其就业的影响

The Effect of College Graduates' Human Capital Accumulation on Their Employments

本文通过对北京地区1000名毕业生进行的一项抽样调查检验了高校毕业生学业成就对他们就业的影响。结果表明:人力资本积累对其就业有着显著的影响;知名院校毕业生的就业质量高于非知名院校毕业生,但前者的就业率则低于后者;越是难以达到的指标,标准化、权威性的指标,对毕业生求职结果的预测能力越强。基于以上结果得出结论,平民化教育时代应坚持精英取向,注意学习成果测量的标准化,名校毕业生和非名校毕业生只要努力都有机会。

According to a sampling survey of 1000 college graduates in Beijing, we make empirical tests on the effects of graduates＇ college study achievements on their employment. The result shows that the graduates＇ study achievements have significant effects on their employment; the employment qualities of the graduates from the well-known colleges are higher than their counter partners from the non well-known colleges, but the employment rates of the former ones are lower than the latter ones＇ the harder to achieve, the more standardized and the more authorized a criterion is, the better it is for the criterion to predicate the graduates employment results. We suggest that the students should have elite consciousness at the time of education for the masses, the measurement of the study result should be standardized, and both graduates from the well-known and non well-known universities have the opportunities to come to the top.
