摘要 着重介绍了金属零件激光直接成形的技术特点、系统组成及初步研究结果。采用激光来熔化同步供给的金属粉末 ,可实现复杂形状零件的直接制造 ,零件组织致密、细小均匀 。 The technological advantages, system composition as well as preliminary results about laser direct deposition of metallic parts were introduced. The results show that metallic parts with complicate shape can be directly fabricated by melting the coaxially fed metallic powders, the obtained microstructure is dense, fine and evenly distributed, showing bright prospect of development.
