指背筋膜皮瓣修复指端缺损效果观察

Reparation of fingertip defect with the reverse dorsal digital fascial island flap

目的:探讨逆行岛状筋膜蒂指背皮瓣修复同指指端缺损的临床疗效。方法:应用逆行岛状筋膜蒂指背皮瓣修复同指指端缺损30例,切取面积1.0cm×1.5cm^2.0cm×3.0cm。结果:术后皮瓣全部成活,随访5~14月。皮瓣修复后指端外形满意,转移皮瓣质地柔软,色泽与受区一致,感觉恢复,两点辨别觉8~10mm,供区无明显畸形,各指关节功能正常。结论:指背筋膜皮瓣血供丰富,旋转点任意选择,皮瓣存活率高,是修复指端缺损的简单、安全的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing fingertip defect with the reverse dorsal digital fascial island flap.Methods Thirty fingers with fingertip defect were repaired by the reverse dorsal digital fascial island flap.The flaps measured from 1.0cm×1.5 cm to 2.0cm ×3.0cm.Results All flaps survived well.The follow-up was ranged from 5 to 14 months postoperatively.The shape was satisfied after the flap prosthesis.The flap had good texture and color.The digitals recovered the protective sense.Static two-point discrimination was 8～10 mm.The donor site had no obvious deformation.The joint motion of interphalangeal articulations kept normal.Conclusion Dorsal digital fascial flap with rich blood supply,arbitrarily chosen rotation point,high flap survival rate is a simple and secure method for repair of fingertip reconstruction.
