Research and Development on Horizontal Continuous Casting in Vacuums/Protection Atmosphere

研制开发了真空 /保护气氛水平连铸技术及设备 ,该技术适合于液态氧化吸气严重 ,含有易挥发、易烧损组元的稀有金属、贵金属及高新材料的加工和制备。采用该技术生产的电真空用Ag 2 8Cu清洁度、溅散性均为一级 ,制备的中强Al Li可焊合金的焊丝材料的氢含量。

The horizontal continuous casting technique and equipment in vacuums/protection atmosphere were developed,and suitable for rare metals, noble metals and high performance and new materials which were oxidized and absorbed gas seriously in liquid,or consisted of components easily combusting. The cleanness and spurting ability of Ag 28Cu,produced by the technique,are both in the first class. The contents of hydrogen and magnesium and composition homogeneity of the produced welding sticks for Al Li alloy with moderate solderability meet the needs of usage.
